January 2017

Dear One,

We are coming to the end of the year, and what have I learned?  What is new for me that will help to manifest love and peace in my life?  If there is nothing new and there are no new messages, what then is the next step?  How can I create different experiences in 2017?

These are some of the messages that I need to explore and work with.

Am I willing to commit to accept myself as a perfectly imperfect human being? ( I first heard this thought in 1976 )
Am I willing to know that I am a 'woman' of G-d created from His very breath?
The thought and the statement that "I am an Angel having a human adventure" is what every teacher that I have ever studied with has taught.  Have I had the full experience of this?

"We have chosen this life to explore our FEAR so that we can bring light and love into the darkness."
-- The Pathwork of Transformation

Last Christmas my husband, Adriano, gave me a beautiful sculpture of an angel's wing.  He said: next year I would receive the other wing.
Since he has recently left his body, I realize I must give myself the other wing. I intend to receive my wing this year.  This is how I intend to do it.

I suggest that you take the time to ask questions regarding your own purpose in your self review for this past year.

I believe that you and I know all the answers.  This adventure, our commitment to life and to loving allows us the Free Will to choose: Fear or Love.  That is the simple path, and yet... do I hear a "But..."?

The "YES!  BUT..." embraces the belief that there has to be an easier way, there has to be a "magic pill" that some one can give me so I can avoid taking the responsibility for choosing the action that will allow ME to be the change I want to see.
And on and on we go... falling into the vicious circle, into the despair, the doubt, the victimology and self-pity.
To change one must make a commitment.  As I have said:  This work is the Spiritual Olympics.
This is what I am committed to changing in my next breath.
Will you take my hand and join me?
This is truly a wonderful classroom.
Are you ready to come to the head of the class?
What are the lessons and gifts you have truly earned?
Take the time to explore how the oyster produces a pearl.
Write down what you have found.

On this very special evening, write in very bold letters...
"I am doing everything in my power to attract all the help and resources I need as I accomplish the following goal..."

What is it that you want and are willing to commit to?
Compose a statement of positive intention, of resolve that focuses and details exactly what growth-inducing experiences you want most in 2017 --
Ask yourself and explore;
"What thoughts am I willing to change?
What habits am I willing to let go of?
What actions am I willing to take?"
This will become part of your "Daily Review".
Are you willing to take the time and personal action that will allow you to be the creator of your life instead of the victim blaming others?

List the following quotes and keep them posted in clear sight.
Remember there are NO NEW MESSAGES.

"You need to learn how to select your thoughts just the same way you select your clothes every day. That's a power you can cultivate. If you want to control things in your life so bad, work on the mind. That's the only thing you should be trying to control."
-- Elizabeth Gilbert

"The whole point of Jesus's life was not that we should become exactly like him, but that we should become ourselves in the same way he became himself. Jesus was not the great exception but the great example."
-- Carl Jung

"Thought is Cause, experience is Effect.  If you don't like the effects in your life, you have to change the the nature of your thinking."
-- Marianne Williamson

"Understanding is the booby prize in life."
-- Stewart Emery

"There is No End to all the Peace and Joy and all the miracles that I will give when you accept G-d's word... Why not today?"
-- A Course In Miracles

"I would rather disappoint YOU than disappoint ME!"
-- Barbara Azzara

"What are the main differences between true and false religion?  One of the main determinants is that in false religion obedience to authority is one of the great strongholds. In all religions - in some more, and in others less - the concept of obedience plays an important role. True religion does not obey. It is free. True religion is a willing process:  a free, self-determined action, derived from understanding. It makes people act from their own conviction and never from fear, nor from the desire to please and appease a more powerful person, being, or authority."

I wish you a joyous New Year,
and pray that this year we honor
the light and love that is the core of each
of us.  May we fully embrace that we are
One and choose to love each other.

I am glad this year is over.

My prayer for 2017:

Dear G-d,
Help me to embrace the light -- mine and others.
Help me to embrace my own beauty so that
I may embrace and tenderly hold yours.
I pray for a Whole New World founded in love and light.
I pray for the release of thoughts that no longer serve me.
I pray that I can be a conduit for your love.
May I wake up in this moment of NOW!
